In an effort to encourage Cadets to take on more of a leadership role in the squadron, Cadets are required to participate in running Duty at the Squadron on Parade Nights. The following questions and answers will help this run smoother.
What is Duty?
There are 2 cadets who run Duty each training night under the supervision of an Officer/Sr Cadet. They are tasked with things such as: organizing duty cadets, cleaning up classrooms at the end of the training night, as well as other duties assigned.
Who takes part in Duty?
There is a Sr Duty Cadet and a Jr Duty Cadet each night
When will I have my turn?
Cadets are rotated throughout the training year to assist with running Duty.
What if I will be away or if I'm sick on my assigned time?
If you know of a night you will be absent when you are assigned, please let the Administration Officer know as soon as possible.
