The Power Pilot Scholarship and Glider Power Scholarship are considered national level summer training courses and therefore require a higher level of application scrutiny. It is important that you make yourself aware of the important deadlines throughout the year to assist your training officer and ensuring your application is filed on time.

- Category 3 Medical Certificates due to RCSU (Pac) Air Office
- Selected GPS & PPS cadets must meet height/weight requirements

Local Aviation Medical Examiners
It is recommended that cadets wait until they have received their results from the scholarship entrance exams and review board before proceeding with the aviation medical.
There are fees associated with these exams and are not covered by the squadron or SSC.
